Ferdinand want to Enjoy Jakarta Culinary

Rio Ferdinand has one wish when he has arrived in Jakarta later. This Manchester United defender wants to enjoy The Jakarta typical local dishes.
Ferdinand is in Jakart on June 29 to hold a number of events. This 32-year-old defender's agenda is a meet and greet with fans, then an event along with a British institution in Jakarta and two private companies.
Ferdinand through his twitter account (@ rioferdy5) says that he can not wait to meet with his fans in this country(Indonesia).
"I'm looking forward to meet with fans in Indonesia in close and personal. We arrived in Jakarta June 28. This visit is long overdue," wrote the British player, while referring to the agenda of the pre-season tour of Manchester which was originally held in Indonesia in 2009, but canceled due to terrorist bombings by irresponsible parties.
During his stay in the capital, Ferdinand has hope. "I want to experience the local food in Jakarta," Rio "chirping".
Scheduled on Wednesday (06/29/2011) evening, at five star hotel in Jakarta, this Manchester United's veteran defender will meet fans at a dinner. He will also be auctioning off some memorabilia that the results will be donated for the Indonesian Red Cross.
"This event is limited, only for about 200 people. beside dinner  at  a five star hotel, fans can also take pictures with of Rio, merchandise and get her signature. With make reservation, fans as well as contribute as we will set aside part of the proceeds to the Red Cross," said Edwin Setyadinata , the marketing manager of Munial Sports Group as the promoters who bring Rio.
