Bashar Al-Ashad Operates Tanks to Crush the Syrian Opposition Movement

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad instructed the military to deploy tanks into the cities inhabited by pro-democracy movement. At least three people were killed in a brutal crackdown by the Syrian regime. The most severe attack occurred in Latakia city, where thousands of the mass demanding setback al-Assad. About 20 tanks and armed forces attacked the mass opposition in the district of el-Ramel.

   As quoted from the Guardian website, gunfire and bomb explosions are also heard in Slaibeh area, Latakia.
